Smoky Mountain Antique Shopping

When we visit my brother’s house I always look for new things – actually old things. Some treasure or piece of furniture that was found in an antique store and given new life in a new home. You see my brother and sister-in-law buy antique’s and their Victorian-style home is filled with beautiful, old collectible pieces of furniture, tableware and décor.

They are modern day Pickers, and like the show on TV – Antique Roadshow – they seem to enjoy the hunt as much as actually finding unique treasures. And what better place to hunt for unique treasures than the Great Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. You will be surrounded by the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains, there will be great places to eat – like the historic Old Mill Restaurant – there are lots of things to like live shows, museums, mini-golf and more, and fabulous accommodations to rest your head after a busy day.
